Public Events Refund & Liability Policy

With the purchase of a ticket to a public event and/or public seminar
with Nan O'Brien and produced by Nan O'Brien, Inc and /or Whisper Productions, Inc.
you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Please be advised that public events and/or seminar presentations are informational in nature.
Neither Nan O'Brien, Nan O'Brien, Inc nor Whisper Productions, Inc can be held
responsible or liable for any damages resulting from those opinions, ideas, or viewpoints
expressed by Nan O'Brien and/or her guests.

In the event of a rescheduled show:

§ If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show or,
 for the next following show. New tickets will not be issued.

§ If you cannot make the rescheduled date, our authorized ticket sales partners
will accept the tickets back from you for a refund of the stated ticket price minus a refund fee of $5.
All service charges as well as convenience fees, surcharges, and credit card fees (3.5%) are non-refundable.

In the event of a cancelled show which has no rescheduled date:

§ A refund will be issued to the purchaser, minus a refund fee of $5 and
less service charges, convenience fees, surcharges, and credit card fees.

§ The tickets must be returned to our authorized ticket sales partner within
ten (10) business days of the original event date.

§ After ten (10) days of the original event date, you may need to
return tickets for a face value refund only minus a refund fee of $5 and
less service charges, convenience fees, surcharges, and credit card fees.
 
§ We suggest you return the tickets in person, or via certified, insured mail, or Federal Express.
Whisper Productions, Inc. and our authorized ticket sales partners 
are not responsible for any messenger charges incurred .

When attending the event, the following applies:

§ Patrons of this event attend at their own risk and release Whisper Productions, Inc., Nan O'Brien and
Nan O’Brien, Inc, as well as the event venue from any liability in connection with their attendance.

§ The taking of any photos or video while attending the event is prohibited.

§ Patrons agree and understand that any pictures, audio, or video from this event taken
by Whisper Productions, Inc staff or authorized representatives may be used
for promotional and profitable purposes.

Modification
Nan O'Brien, Inc reserve the right to make changes to NanOBrien.com, posted policies and these
Public Events Refund and Liability Policy at any time without notice.
