Public Events Refund & Liability Policy
With the purchase of a ticket to a public event and/or open group session
with Nan O'Brien and produced by Nan O'Brien, Inc. you agree to the following
terms and conditions of our public events refund & liability policy:
Please be advised that public events and/or open group sessions are informational in nature.
Neither Nan O'Brien or Nan O'Brien, Inc. will be held responsible or liable
for any damages resulting from those opinions, ideas, or viewpoints
expressed by Nan O'Brien and/or her guests.
If you are not able to attend the event for any reason:
§ In the event you are not able to attend an event/open group session for any reason
not caused by Nan O'Brien, Inc., or any of its affiliates,
all tickets are transferable but not refundable.
§ If you can't make it to a public event/open group session, you may resell your ticket
or give it to another person.
In the event of a rescheduled public event/open group session:
§ If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for a new event date.
New tickets will not be issued.
§ If you cannot make the rescheduled date, either Nan O'Brien, Inc., or its authorized ticket
sales partners will accept the tickets back from you for a refund of the stated ticket price
minus a refund fee of $5. All service charges as well as convenience fees,
surcharges, and credit card fees (3.5%) are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancelled public event/open group session which has no rescheduled date:
§ A refund will be issued to the purchaser, less service charges, convenience fees,
surcharges, and credit card fees.
§ The tickets must be returned to Nan O'Brien, Inc, or its authorized ticket sales partner within
fourteen (14) business days of the original event date.
§ We suggest you return the tickets in person at the ticket outlet, or via certified, insured
mail, or Federal Express. Nan O'Brien, Inc., and their authorized
ticket sales partners are not responsible for any messenger charges incurred .
When attending the public event/open group session, the following applies:
§ Patrons of this event attend at their own risk and release Nan O'Brien, and
Nan O’Brien, Inc, as well as the event venue, from any liability in connection with their attendance.
§ The taking of any photos or video during the event is prohibited, but is permitted after the event.
§ Patrons agree and understand that any pictures, audio, or video from this event taken
by Nan O'Brien, Inc.staff or their authorized representatives may be
used for promotional and profitable purposes.
Nan O’ Brien and Nan O'Brien, Inc. reserve the right to modify the Public Events Refund and Liability Policy
at is discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Public Events Refund and Liability Policyon Nan O’Brien, Inc. websites. You agree to periodically review the websites, including the current version of the Public Events Refund and Liability Policy. The Public Events Refund and Liability Policy is made available on NanOBrien.com, and Shop.NanOBrien.com. It is your obligation to review the Public Events Refund and Liability Policyfor any such revisions. The Public Events Refund and Liability Policy was last revised on August 14, 2011.
