Payment & Refund Policy

When scheduling a counseling session and/or an event appearance
with Nan O'Brien and/or Nan O'Brien, Inc you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments:

§ All payments for counseling sessions with Nan O'Brien
have to be made upfront (day of booking) using a debit or credit card when you schedule an appointment.

§ A deposit payment of 50% of the total appearance fee for private events or public speaking engangements with Nan O'Brien has to be made to Nan O'Brien, Inc on the date of booking using a debit or credit card.  A nonrefundable down payment of 10% of the total amount apllies,
even the event is canceled from either side.

Refunds:

§ All payments for counseling sessions with Nan O'Brien
are final and non-refundable.

Credits and Re-scheduling:

§ If a counseling session is postponed or re-scheduled from either side,
your payment will be fully honored for a new date at the earliest possible time.

§ You may also obtain a credit toward other services or products of Nan O'Brien
and Nan O'Brien, Inc., or you can gift your counseling session to a person of your choice.

Modification

Nan O’ Brien and Nan O'Brien, Inc. reserve the right to modify the Payment & Refund Policy
at is discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting
of the revised Payment & Refund Policy on Nan O’Brien, Inc. websites. You agree to periodically review the websites, including the current version of the Payments & Refund Policy. The Payment & Refund Policy is made available on NanOBrien.com, Shop.NanOBrien.com and/or SpiritualUnderstanding.net. It is your obligation to review the Payment & Refund Policy for any such revisions. The Payment & Refund Policy were last revised
on September 2, 2010.
