How are the one-on-one sessions conducted?
Individual Sessions with Nan are conducted over the phone and are digitally recorded. The session recordings are then provided to you electronically via email in a downloadable format suitable for a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
How long is the session, what is the fee, and how do I provide payment?
Sessions are 45 minutes in length at a session fee of $280. (Former clients - your session times and fees remain the same, with the option to book a 45-minute session. Please contact Nan's office to schedule your appointment). Additionally, Nan will speak with you prior to the beginning of the session for a few moments, which is not part of your recorded session time, so please allow an hour of availability when booking your appointment. Payment for the session is made by either a debit or credit card. You will receive an email receipt with the date, time, and payment receipt for your records.
When are sessions available?
Appointments are normally available on Saturdays in the morning, or by special arrangement during the week. There is normally a 4-6 week waiting period before the first available appointment. If your concern is of a time-sensitive nature, please so indicate when contacting Nan's office.
What if I am unable to make my appointment?
You can always re-schedule your appointment, simply call the office at (802) 316-3039 or submit a contact form. Nan will work you in within a few days at a mutually-convenient time. You can also gift your session to another person. The credit for the re-scheduled appointment is yours to use as you determine best. There are no refunds once the appointment is booked.
